The honest scope

This is the keep-it-running side of owning a home: getting new appliances hooked up where the connections already exist, and handling the maintenance most people forget until something quits. Full sealed-system appliance repair and licensed HVAC work I refer out, and I will tell you when you have crossed into it.

Washer & Dryer Hookups

New or replacement washer and dryer connected and tested where the hookups already exist.

Dishwasher Install & Hose

Dishwashers installed or swapped, supply and drain hoses replaced, and everything run leak-free before I leave.

Ice Maker & Water Filter Lines

Ice maker lines run to the fridge, water filters and faucet sprayers installed, no drips.

Dryer Vent Cleaning & Rerouting

Clogged dryer vents cleaned and rerouted. This one is fire safety, not just a faster dry, and it is cheap insurance.

HVAC Filters & Checkups

Filter changes on schedule plus a basic system checkup and cleaning so airflow stays strong and the first hot or cold day is not a surprise.

General Maintenance

The wide, useful middle of "can you just take a look at this?" Hand me the list and I will work it in priority order.

Where I stop and a specialist starts

Sealed-system appliance repair, anything inside the cabinet of a fridge or washer, refrigerant and compressor work, gas appliance connections, and full HVAC repair are licensed or specialist work. I handle installs and maintenance and refer the rest to a pro I trust.

Appliances & Maintenance: common questions

Do you install washers, dryers, and dishwashers?
Yes, where the water, drain, and power hookups already exist. I connect everything, run it, and check for leaks before I leave. Brand new gas connections or new circuits are a licensed trade, and I will tell you if your install needs one.
How often should I change my HVAC filter?
Every one to three months for a standard filter, and monthly during peak KC summer and winter when the system runs hardest. A clogged filter chokes airflow, spikes your bill, and shortens the life of the system. I can put it on a simple schedule for you.
Do you repair appliances or just install them?
I handle installs, hookups, and basic maintenance. A sealed-system or internal appliance repair needs a specialist, and I will point you to one rather than guess on your dime.
Why does dryer vent cleaning matter?
A clogged dryer vent is one of the most common home fire causes, and it makes your dryer work twice as hard. Cleaning and, if needed, rerouting it is quick, cheap, and genuinely worth doing.
